I love working with recycled items, and trying to use up my small paper pieces that acumalate so quickly in my bin. I used toilet paper rolls to make this mini. I took the rolls and painted them with Martha Stewart acrylic paints, sprinkled them with glitter and embellished thru out. I connected them with jump rings.I made tags that you slip inside the opening of the roll for more space for journaling or pictures. I loved how this turned out and it was so fun to make.

The winner is....... # 4 Becky is the winner of the Well Owl Be blog hop that went on last weekend. Thanks to all the WONDERFUL comments and NEW followers of my blog. I love meeting new people and inspiring You.

Well OWL Be Blog Hop

Welcome to the
Highly Anticipated
"Well OWL Be"
it's Heather Lynn's 1st
Blog Hop

If you have arrived here from Ashley then you are in the right place.  If you just stumbled into the hop and want to start from the beginning, go HERE!
First I would like to say Thank you to Heather for letting me join in on her 1st hop. I have really enjoyed getting to know the ladies on this hop and have gained some new friends.
Today is the day that Heather Lynn's love for everything OWLS is showcased through the creative talent of her friends at each
Blog Hop Stop! If you love OWLS as much as Heather does, you won't want to miss a single project. Each person in the hop has dedicated their time to creating any project they wanted as long as it included OWLS!

I to am addicted to OWLS. As you can see my banner on my blog is owls, and my Facebook Craft page is Owl themed as well. So when I saw this blog hop being put together, I HAD TO JOIN IN ON THE FUN!! I hope you have enjoyed all the stops and gorgeous projects along the way.
Here is my project to get you inspired. It was real easy to make this mini. All you need is ONE 12 x 12 piece of cardstock to make the album, then any scraps you have laying around to make the mats inside. I cute an owl out with my cricut from Hoot N' Holler cartridge. Then added some feathers, flowers, and bling to the front cover. Each page is open at the top and holds a tag that can be pulled out for added journaling or photos. I just did simple scalloped mats for the inside with some embellishments. Great mini to give to a birthday girl so that she can add her birthday party photos afterwards.

If you would like to see the video that I got the instructions from to make this cute mini then you can go here.

I also made a notepad holder with a cute little owl on the front. Simple project, but I had to share!!!

I'm sure you have seen all the wonderful candy up for grabs along the way. My candy is going to be the mini that I featured in the blog hop. I will use Random.org to help me get a winner to those who comment on my post. I will ship you this mini to use for yourself or give away as a gift.

Now you will HOP over to see what Erica has for you.

Here is the HOP Lineup in case you get lost along the way

Have I told you lately that I'm a Mini album freak??? Well I am. I love making Mini's, not everyone wants a big 12 x 12 album hanging around so these little mini's are perfect to set on your coffee table or as gifts to grandparents. Here is one I made this weekend. Very SUMMER like in the paper pack I used. It has lots of pockets and tags , which I love, because you can store so many more pictures inside the tags. The girl on the front is an amazing artist named Megan Suarez. She has a blog http://meganscreativebliss.blogspot.com/ . She has digi stamps and more.

I have been neglecting my blog lately. Sorry ladies!! With school ending and so much going on. I haven't had much time to craft. But I did manage some time in this past Sunday. I made a 6 x 9 paper bag album and wanted to share with you. I used an ATC card on the front cover that I got from an FB friend Megan . You can check her Awesome  art work out on her page by clicking on her name above. I made some handmade flowers with fabric, paper and zippers. Yes zippers.... So here it is.
